agentrichy is a free, no-signup tool. We keep the data we hold to a minimum. This policy explains what we record, the cookies involved, and the third parties we rely on.
What we record
When you scan a site, the domain you entered is logged along with its grade, score, and the time of the scan. We keep one running record per domain (a count and the latest result), not a per-person history. We do not build a profile of you.
Cookies & similar technologies
Our own cookies: we do not set advertising or analytics cookies of our own. The admin area uses your browser's sessionStorage (not a cookie) purely to hold a login key for that tab.
Analytics (Google Analytics): we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies such as _ga to measure visits. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland these analytics cookies load only after you accept via the consent banner (Google Consent Mode); decline and no analytics cookies are set.
Advertising cookies (Google): this site may display ads served by Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits here and/or other sites on the Internet.
Essential cookies: our host and CDN (Cloudflare) may set strictly-necessary cookies (for example, bot-management and security tokens) so the service loads and stays protected. These are not used for tracking or advertising.
Your choices
You may opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings and, for participating vendors, at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
Why we record scans
Two reasons: to run the service (rate limiting and a short-lived result cache), and so we can understand which sites are being checked and may reach out to offer help improving their AI readiness. Scanned domains are stored privately and are never shown to other visitors.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't set our own tracking cookies, and we don't publish the list of scanned domains.
